Santander Brasil put 15 properties up for sale through the Resaland. Proptech is owned by BTG Pactual, which acquired control in 2019, and claims to be the largest real estate outlet in the country. Its focus is on properties repossessed, especially by banks, in particular the publics, and also serves governments that want to get rid of these assets.
The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Piracicaba. The founders are Marcelo Prata, CEO, and Paulo Nascimento. Today (10), the site counts 5,199 properties from Caixa Econômica Federal, 2,487 properties from Banco do Brasil, 229 from BTG Pactual and 14 from Santander.
According to Resale, Santander units have a discount of up to 34% off. The values range from R$ 71.7 thousand to R$ 1.2 million. The properties are in Bahia, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Amazonas and São Paulo.
