The auction of the 5 bottles allusive to the NFTs collection has been available on the leading marketplace of the OpenSea ecosystem since last Thursday, August 26, as it appears on its website.
The minimum price established for the auction is 1 ETH (~ USD 3,253) for each item in the bid, and the company hopes that the funds raised will be destined to the Thomas Merle Foundation located in the city of the same name where the company originated, east of Venezuela.
The works of art included the participation of Venezuelan artists Armando Velutini, Aureliano Parra, Carlos Vallenilla, Gerardo Campos and ‘Dagor’.
The art collection was minted on the blockchain of Ethereum according to the official information of the company allusive to the event beneficial on OpenSea, where they have also pointed out a series of simple steps to the reader to introduce him to the NFT open market and make his purchase more accessible to any newbie in the technology.
Ron Carúpano has been a reference product inside and outside the Venezuelan liquor market. With this feat, Ron Carúpano emulates his international peers who have joined the NFT feast. Last April it became known that the Chinese Internet giant Sina Corporation and the Sichuan liquor producer Wuliangye Yibin announced a strategic partnership to tokenize the high-end liquor, the most famous traditional alcoholic beverage in China.
The NFT token supported by alcohol is called Wuliangye Digital Liquor Token, whose approximate price at the time of its launch was USD 197.45 for each NFT.
