The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange announced on its Linkedin profile a vacancy for a business manager, a professional with experience in banking relationship, marketing operations, fluent English and, preferably, with knowledge in cryptocurrencies. Regarding responsibilities, the broker listed: maintaining strong relationships with banks and payment partners, as well as overseeing regulatory and licensing issues; high performance team management, including the definition of the fiduciary strategy in Brazil and the definition of contracting needs in the market; supervision and definition of budget, P&L and KPIs; local fiat leadership/new user growth and business development activities; connecting with the local community and monitoring industry/competitor trends to optimize product, marketing and operations strategies; knowledge of data, basic marketing metrics and operations.
Binance also specified other requirements, saying that it offers a competitive salary and other conditions for work, divided into remote and São Paulo and region: minimum of three years of experience in a similar role; ability for teamwork, passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets; ability to work under pressure. Among the vacancies announced are event manager, content creator, director of public relations and specialist in human resources (HR) operations.

Toptal, a global startup located in Silicon Valley focused on remote work in business, design and technology, announced on Linkedin several vacancies targeting Brazil. One of them is to develop a freelance blockchain, a professional who will help the startup to advance in projects with some of the world’s largest companies, from the creation and development of smart contracts to the creation of decentralized applications (DApps) on Hyperledger. As requirements, Toptal listed: minimum of three years of experience in software development; project management skills.
With regard to differentials, candidates can stand out for the following qualifications: experience with creating non-fungible tokens (NFTs); experience with Smart Contracts, Hyperledger and/or Web3; knowledge of system architecture or leadership of a software team; full-time availability is a strong advantage. Toptal also announced several vacancies for React Native developers.
BTG Pactual
